Britain left to count cost of European Arrest Warrant

In the EU and Britain today citizens are able to be arrested and held for trial by any other Euro country in the EUSSR.
It doesn't matter if the offence you are accused of is NOT a criminal offence in your home country you can and will be arrested.

How long before we see British Nationalists and Patriots being arrested for commiting FREE SPEECH CRIMES, NATIONALIST CRIMES, PATRIOTIC CRIMES ?
The sort of crime would be for pointing out that IMMIGRANTS are commiting HATE CRIMES as defined in British and EU Law against the INDIGENOUS.
WE see the MAD Mohammedans demanding the beheading of non-believers, screaming HATRED and ABUSE at BRITISH SOLDIERS ON BRITISH STREETS yet they are allowed to continue without a single arrest, a single court case. They burn our symbols of rememberance of our HEROIC FORFATHERS who gave their lives up so readily for OUR FREEDOM and OUR SECURITY and are protected by the Police who duly arrest any Indigenous Britains for trying to do something about these disgusting acts of HATE from the BARBAROUS MOHAMMEDANS.

We know that MOHAMMEDANS who are resident here are travelling around the globe to fight in ISLAMIC WAR ZONES, fighting against BRITISH SOLDIERS in AFGHANISTAN and formerly in IRAQ, collecting thousands upon thousands of pounds every week in their British Barracks, commonly known as MOSQUES, and using this money to undermine OUR COUNTRY, using this money to pay for TERRORIST TRAINING in Foreign countries, to enable them to travel and to live in their country of choice for their training.

Yet it is US the INDIGENOUS BRITISH who are targetted by Foreign Governments, Police Forces and Legal systems aided and abetted by the TRAITORS IN PARLIAMENT.

HOW LONG BEFORE THEY COME FOR YOU BECAUSE OF YOUR POLITICAL BELIEFS ?

Britain left to count cost of European Arrest Warrant

Many are accused of trivial crimes overseas such as possessing cannabis or leaving petrol stations without paying. No evidence need be presented in British courts of the alleged offence and judges have few powers to resist the person’s extradition.

Those affected can spend long periods in jail here and abroad for crimes which might not even be prosecuted in this country.

They can also be seized for offences which are not even crimes in Britain.

Although the European Arrest Warrant (EAW) was intended to operate in the same way in all 27 EU states, The Sunday Telegraph has established that many other European countries have given themselves “opt-outs” or conditions to protect their citizens.

It comes after this newspaper first highlighted concerns last week over the way that the warrant system was being used in Britain.

Holland will not extradite Dutch nationals under the EAW unless the accusing state agrees that they can serve any prison sentence in a Dutch jail. The Belgians have opt-outs so that the warrant does not cover abortion.

Abortion and “abetting abortion” are crimes in some EU states, including Malta, Ireland and Poland – Europe’s most active issuer of EAWs.

Birth control campaigners fear they could be targeted by antiabortionists under the EAW, even simply for running a British-based advice website accessible from abroad.

France appears reluctant to extradite its own nationals under the EAW and has stated in the past that they will not be extradited.

Europe’s largest country, Germany, has imposed a “proportionality rule” stating that only those accused of serious crimes can be seized under a warrant. The definition of serious is not given, but it would exclude large numbers of the trivial charges dealt with by the British extradition courts.

One Kent motorist, Patrick Reece-Edwards, spent weeks in a British jail awaiting extradition to Poland on a charge of possessing a forged motor insurance certificate. When he was finally extradited, the matter was resolved by the payment of a civil penalty with no criminal record.

So many people – mostly Poles – are extradited from Britain to Poland on minor charges that special fortnightly military flights are operated for them from a London airfield. The hundreds of trivial requests are also a serious drain on police, prison and court resources.

Britain has no such opt-outs, and campaigners say that British judges are too cautious in applying the overriding requirements of the Human Rights Act.

Karen Todner, one of Britain’s leading extradition lawyers, said: “It is typical of us not to have given ourselves proper protection.

“British judges apply the EAW treaty to the letter and these massive injustices come about because the Government hasn’t thought this through.

“There are a lot of quite simple things we could do now to mitigate the harm done to British citizens, which could be done quite quickly through a simple administrative decision.”

British citizens sent abroad under the EAW are also at a serious disadvantage. Since foreigners are regarded as flight risks, bail is often refused and pretrial detention, even for minor crimes, can last for years.

Almost 44 per cent of prisoners in Greek jails are foreigners, according to EU figures, compared with just 14 per cent of those in British jails.

Jago Russell, the chief executive of Fair Trials International, said: “The human impact of an extradition is crazy. In its forthcoming review of extradition law, Britain needs to learn lessons from the likes of Germany, which have put much-needed safeguards in place to protect their citizens.”

You can guarantee that not a single MOHAMMEDAN TERRORIST SUPPORTER AND HATE CRIMINAL will be affected by this, if they are there will be a huge outcry from BRITAINS TRAITOROUS POLITICIANS and every stone will be unturned to save the MOHAMMEDAN HATE PREACHERS from being arrested under the EU ARREST WARRANT>

EUROPEAN ARREST WARRANTS - EAW

EUROPEAN ARREST WARRANTS

Arrest Warrants

Mr Raab: To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many European arrest warrants were issued for UK citizens in (a) 2004, (b) 2005, (c) 2006, (d) 2007, (e) 2008, (f) 2009 and (g) 2010 to the latest date for which information is available. [23126]

Nick Herbert: The Serious Organised Crime Agency (SOCA) and the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service for Scotland are the designated UK authorities responsible for processing European Arrest Warrants (EAWs). Information is held on Part 1 cases (persons wanted from the UK by another member state) and Part 3 cases (persons wanted by the UK from another

member state). It is not possible to provide information relating to EAW requests for UK Citizens which are made between two other EU member states.

Between 1 October 2008 and 31 March 2010, SOCA received 191 EAW Part 1 requests for UK Citizens. These are broken down as follows:

Number

1 October 2008 to 31 December 2008

29

1 January 2009 to 31 December 2009

119

1 January 2010 to 31 March 2010

These figures do not include part 1 requests transmitted directly to Scotland.

Data on the requests made by EU member states in respect of UK citizens prior to 1 October 2008 are currently unavailable and could be recovered only by a manual examination of all SOCA case records. This would incur a disproportionate cost.

For information on the number of UK nationals surrendered to other member states I refer my hon. Friend to the answer given on 25 October 2010, Official Report, columns 64-66W, to my hon. Friend the Member for Witham (Priti Patel).

Figures for UK Part 3 requests made in respect of UK citizens since 2006 are shown in the following table. Data for 2004 and 2005 is not readily available and could not be obtained without incurring disproportionate cost.

IS THE EURO AND THE EU ABOUT TO IMPLODE ?

A leader in Die Zeit argues that European Council President Herman Van Rompuy "is exaggerating" when he says that the end of the euro would mean the end of Europe: "The European idea is more than a mere nine year old currency union [...] The European Union would exist even without the euro". In the Spectator, Irwin Stelzer argues, "The euro is almost certainly dead. Brussels would be wise to accept that."

Handelsblatt complains that "again we are saving Europe's banks". Writing in the paper, Dirk Heiman argues that there is a "need for a European bank rescue package and a bank supervision system with teeth and claws." The Economist's Charlemagne notes, "There is a limit to the EU's ability to sugar the medicine. It is hard enough to convince European taxpayers to bail out other governments; explaining why they should save other countries' banks may prove even more unpopular."

In City AM, Allister Heath argues, "There are many lessons to be learnt from all of this. The EU's treaties are not worth the paper they are written on, especially the nonsense about fiscal sustainability; the euro is a giant with feet of clay; monetary union will either lead to fiscal centralisation and destroy democracy in small countries or break up completely."

On the BBC's Newsnight Programme, Labour MP Gisela Stuart said that the eurozone bailout fund established in May "did not address the underlying problem of this political construct [the single currency area], which is that it doesn't provide for economic competitiveness."

With regard to the possibility of an implosion of the eurozone because of increasing pressure from the markets, she argued: "Nobody dares to think about it, but what will cause political problems will not be political decisions, but I think it will be the markets. And remember: Keynes always said that 'markets can remain irrational for much longer than you can remain liquid'."

On his BBC blog, Nick Robinson writes, "Could a British, Eurosceptic, Conservative prime minister have to pledge billions to save the euro from collapse? Will David Cameron agree to increased EU powers to avert a future crisis of the sort brewing around Ireland? The answer to both questions appears to be yes which may land the Tory part of this coalition in a very hot Irish stew."

On his blog, Conservative MP John Redwood argues, "The UK should make it clear that we are not part of any Euroland rescue or facility. We should say we do not think they can use EU disaster relief provisions to offer Ireland more cash. If Ireland does not wish to take any EU money, the UK should be Ireland's ally." The Mail argues, "This is one eurozone country we must help."

The sooner the Euro and the EU fails the sooner we can start rebuilding a prosperous, safe and free Britain again for our Pensioners our Children and our Grandchildren, if we don't do it what future do your Children and Grandchildren have ?

What sort of life as a Pensioner will you have ?

The EUSSR should be destroyed before it destroys us.

DO NOT GIVE TO "CHILDREN IN NEED"

Another quick blog I forgot to put on before.

PLEASE do not give to "Children in Need".

It is a scam and much of the money which is not used in administration is given to anti British people.
Our kids will benefit little.
Many of the so called deprived children helped are from large immigrant families who we already foolishly subsidise and who present a population timebomb which OUR children will have to compete with.

Remember the leader of the London bombers ran a club partially financed by this so called charity.

Also much of the money is spent abroad, when we as a nation are in debt. Foreign aid thieved
from our taxes has increased against our will.

By all means give to charity if you can afford to but remember "charity begins at home"

Give to the "Help for Heroes", "Salvation Army" "British Legion" or your.
local hospice instead of this brainwashing con.

Or give to the BNP and help us save our country.

A MODERN CRUSADE

What an eventful week it has been and a portent for the disaster we face owing to the incompetence of our rulers.

First, unemployed ugly muslims desecrate our poppies by burning them. The only ones arrested for this crime are EDL supporters who complain.
It makes an Englishman want to throw up. However, many people including the young who the State has attempted to brainwash into accepting the destruction of Britain are also understandedly upset and support for the BNP is increasing among them.

Then Guantamano terrorists are compensaed to the tune of £ millions because they were tortured by the USA and we supposedly knew about it.
These terrorists are not just scum, they are Al Qaida scum and that is why they were arrested in the first place. At least one was only resident here and had no right of citizenship. Never mind he was flown back here in luxury at our expense and all the legal costs were paid for by ? you guessed it. The British taxpayer i.e you and me.

Also last week many muslim extremists who should have been deported have been released from prison as it is agains their "human rights" to send them back to their own country. Even "Hook hand"has been given right of residence.

Now as we are in Afghanistan and control certain areas they could all be deported to these areas and left to enjoy the advantages and pleasures of a muslim society without having to mix with the infidels. Oh and their families could also be relocated as they have a right to family life.
Food could be provided to give them a start. I suggest Spam. This is what the passengers on the luxury cruise ship which broke down in the Carribean survived on so if Spam is good enough for them it is good enough for these criminals and their families.

Yesterday we were informed as if we didn't know that white British people would be in a minority in little over 50 years.
Also yesterday it was announced that the UK government would have to pay £ 7 billion (money we have to borrow)to help bail out Ireland, and that is in addition to the increase in our EU contribution.
Today we get the new knighthoods awarded by the Tories and numbered amongst them are wealthy hedge fund managers who gave money to the Tory Party.
These thieves can loot the country knowing they will be richly rewarded by their party.

If course all the expenses incurred by government will mean that ways will have to be found to reduce expenditure on services used and needed by us.

They have now come up with a new way of saving NHS money. Sack GP receptionists and replace them with call centres which could be abroad (to save money you know) and even in India.
Well if you have ever tried to sort your broadband out speaking to a man you can not understand imagine the difficulties for an old person unused to modern technology trying to book an appointment to see his GP whose surgery is possibly within yards of the patient's house for
stomach pains or a repeat prescription. What chance would there be for either the patient or Indian call centre employee understanding each other especially when descriptions of symptoms vary in different localities.
Lives would be lost.
Never mind, money would be saved. More for the hedge fund managers to get their greedy hands on and no doubt gain knighthoods.

The concept of offshoring jobs is not always a bad idea.
I would offshore the committee who suggested such a daft idea together with the senior members of the LibLabCon parties and all those promoted by them, not just the jobs but the people in them. And while they are at it they could take the anti British muslim scum who hate us and insult our flag and memories of those who fell for it and us.

We MUST endeavour to rid ourselves of the greedy parasites who rule us and the thieves who support this system and are so richly rewarded for doing so, and the dross of the world they have allowed into our land.

This would be a real modern CRUSADE. This is OUR Crusade.

WELL - WHAT DO YOU THINK?

Here is a simple thought exercise:
1. Freedom
2. Security
3. Diversity
Choose any two of the above.
You can have diversity and freedom, but you will have no security.
You can have diversity and security, but you will have no freedom.
You can have freedom and security, but you will have no diversity.
What do you value most?

Personally, I reckon 1 and 2.

CONSERVATIVES - ISLAM SHOULD BE OUR NEW RELIGION

Islam should become our state religion

The Guardian became outraged when Iain Duncan Smith suggested that it was a "sin" that society had negligently abandonned 4.5 million people to live permanently on out-of work benefits instead of find ways to get them re-integrated into working life. His "mask" was said to have slipped, though he had "almost succeeded" in pretending there was a proper basis for his policies, more acceptable to our "secular society".

The absurdity of suggesting that Iain Duncan Smith's Christian motivations were any kind of secret and of criticising the use of moral categories to justify his policy approaches - only lefties are allowed to have morals, after all; to be Right Wing is, by definition, to be evil, seeking to impose final solutions on the poor, force them to eat rotting horse-flesh, and cleansing them from beyond the sight of nice middle class folk; any right-winger employing a moral term such as "wrong" or "sin" must have some sinister ulterior motivation - has been covered already by the Editor and by Cranmer.

What I want to add, though, is a challenge to this idea, underlying the Guardian's criticisms, that our society is "secular", by which the Guardian clearly means some combination of atheist materialist and agnostic. The reality is that no free society has even been secular, though a number of state structures have been. Our Establishment cannot, any longer, find inspiration in Christianity, so it must look elsewhere. I shall argue that the best alternative is Islam.

The majority religion in our society is, as it probably always has been, and probably has been in every significant human society, animism. As explored in a recent television show by Richard Dawkins, most people believe in some hotchpotch combination of astrology, chakras, healing crystals, reincarnation (think of past lives hypnosis), faith healers, ghosts and spirits. And that's before we start re-interpreting beliefs in aliens or the Illuminati in religious categories. Animism is the religion of The Folk, not atheism.

Leftist atheists (there are plenty of right-wing atheists, also, but they suffer from this particular error somewhat less) have a touching belief that because, as they see it, reason and evidence favour atheist materialism, society is destined eventually to become atheist materialist. Now obviously I dispute vigorously that reason or evidence favour atheist materialism - reason strongly favours philosophical monotheism and the belief in just desert for action (Islam is probably the religion most purely favoured by reason alone); whilst evidence runs contrary to reason in favouring Trinitarianism, and love and mercy as opposed to just desert (this clash between reason and evidence having been acknowledged and explored since the letters of St Paul). But that is not what I want to explore here. I want to challenge the notion that society could conceivably come to believe in atheist materialism even if it were recommended by reason and evidence. Recognising that that simply isn't an option has profound consequences for how a society's politics and constitution should be organised.

It requires a great deal of emotional and intellectual robustness to be a materialist atheist, because atheist materialism responds to the deepest questions of the human heart - "what's it all about?"; "what is truly meaningful and worthy?"; "there must be something more - what is it?"; "we cannot simply end, so what happens after we die?"; and others - it responds to these deep questions by the intellectual equivalent of sticking its fingers in its ears and crying "La, la, la, la! I'm not listening!", namely to intone "These are the wrong questions." Since that is so transparently unsatisfying a response, only very confident people can defy logic by proclaiming themselves satisfied by it. That is why the Dawkins, Atkins, and Hitchens of this world are so strident - they must yell loudly to drown out the discontented voices within.

Atheist materialism has no prospect of replacing orthodox religions (at least in anything remotely like its current forms). Its only contribution to the discussion can be that of the vandal - to destroy what it despises or does not understand leaving nothing of value in its place. The illusion of cleverness generated by atheist materialism has merely broken the confidence of the Establishment in its ability to sell orthodox religion to The Folk. Atheist materialism itself is obviously unsellable. So, without the credible and respectable critique of animism that orthodox religion provides, and only the fundamentally empty and implausible criticisms of animism that atheist materialism offers, The Folk feel no constraints upon the overt expression of what was always, in truth, their underlying superstition.

It is unclear how many in the Establishment were ever really convicted of the truths of orthodox religion, even in its pomp, but they certainly understood and respected its value as a guide and moral focus for policy-making, a discipline upon The Folk, and a key social binding force. The Somme and Passchendaele broke the British Establishment's confidence in itself and in its moral project, but Nihilism isn't any kind of long-term project. Self-pity, self-hatred and self-indulgence are understandable in the light of such terrible events, but at some point we must get over it.

I make no apologies about being a Christian, but I am pragmatic enough to recognise that the British Establishment finds it impossible, any longer, to accept any Christian inspiration for its projects. On the contrary, precisely because it retains certain of the forms of Christianity, the Establishment's self-hatred often takes the form of hating Christians. Individual Christians are oppressed, in our country, precisely because the Establishment still formally takes Christian inspiration but doesn't want it.

It's time to move on. We need to abandon the last vestiges of Christian role in our constitution, and regard Christians as the minority we are, entitled to proper protection in a liberal society of the sort we automatically extend to Muslims and Hindus. But we cannot hope to abandon religious inspiration in our constitution. All that does is create a disconnect between an irreligious polity and our ineliminably religious Folk, and will make our Establishment despised rather than perceived as the rulers and leaders it should be. So we must have something. As I have said above, Christians accept the dictats of evidence over intuitive reason, but Islam is the most straightforwardly intuitive religion of all. Its core doctrines make perfect sense: there is one God over all the earth; He is our creator; He commands obedience from us; He will judge us at the end of our lives sending the virtuous to paradise and the wicked to hell. How could it be any more obvious? Islam is also clearly tempting to our Establishment - they admire its disciplines, certainty, self-confidence and clear hierarchies of authority. If Muslim politicians express matters in moral categories or talk about their prayers, they are not condemned in the way that Christian politicians are. If our Establishment adopted Islam as its religion of inspiration, and we chose Islamic religious leaders to listen to as our society's moral guides, The Folk could be diverted from their superstitions and decadence into more morally purposeful and energetic projects. Our lethargic, morbid Establishment could be quickened into life by clear moral goals provided by those they could respect and listen to. Sunni Islam has also (and crucially), historically been the second most successful structure for promoting tolerant multi-cultural societies (behind Protestantism and ahead of Catholicism).

Our society is not the atheist materialist place that Guardian writers fondly imagine it, and it cannot and will not ever be so. Atheist materialism is simply not well-designed to provide a moral inspiration to societies, for the simple reason that it offers no answers to the big questions. Christianity cannot serve that role any longer in Britain, and the notion that it does has become a threat to individual devout Christians - the Establishment's self-hatred becomes manifest in oppression of Christians. The next best alternative is Islam. That would be the best way to go from here.
