A STRIKE FROM THE GUTTER

It's started, the Searchlies electoral campaign against the BNP. I was given this leaflet by a member of the public (not a BNP member) who was so disgusted by what he knew to be lies that he travelled 4 miles to bring it to me. Just look at the people whose advice we are supposed to take on June 4th when our country has been bankrupted by the present government, taken into illegal wars, lost its industry, millions on the dole and our culture in danger of being anhilated by political correctness, mass immigration and EU dictats, none of which the British people as a whole voted for or condoned.

In addition no mention in this paper of the corrupt sleazy political parties who are mostly concerned with feathering their nests using rules they put in place. Many of these sleazebags have made the excuse that they "were not good accountants" or they "forgot" or that it was "the system" at fault.

These are supposedly competent and "honourable" people and are running the country for God's sake.
They couldn't run a p**s up in a brewery.

If an ordinary person had tried to say these things to the taxmen he would be in jail, so they are not very honourable either.

Getting back to the leaflet, none of these major issues are tackled. No mention of crime, education, jobs or finances etc. No only short statements from nonentities in the entertainment field.

Take transvestite Eddie Izzard. What does he know apart from dressing up in womens clothes and making a few jokes. Not exactly a political heavyweight is he?

Or Beverley Knight some minor singer I believe (never heard of her). She states we should celebrate our differences, but we can't. We are not allowed to celebrate our Englishness, that is the problem, and I don't need advice from a young singer how to vote. How condescending this young woman is.

Amir Kahn, who said he held the flag for England. Yes he did BUT ONLY AFTER HOLDING THE FLAG FOR PAKISTAN UNTIL HE WAS TOLD ABOUT IT.
We have not forgotten that demonstration of his committment to Britain.

Andy Whyment (never heard of him either) but he says he has a Jamaican wife so he wouldn't like our party would he.

Nick Hewer of the apprentice (never heard of him either) I can only assume he's made some money somehow but it does not make his opinion on voting any more valid than that of anyone else.
None of their opinions has the slightest bearing on the future of our country.

That is the trouble with these P C pro multicultural lefties and their friends in the parliamentary trough.
THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO TELL PEOPLE WHO TO VOTE AGAINST.

WE DON'T and we are a political party. We try to convince people to vote for us but we do not TELL them to vote for us.

Their arrogance knows no bounds.

I would not be so conceited as to tell you what to do but only to ask you to look at policies over a wide range of issues make your own mind up and hopefully vote for us rather than be swayed by the selfish opinions of media nonentities.

LAUNCH OF THE NORTH WEST CAMPAIGN

The launch of our election campaign in the North West took place this afternoon in a hotel in North Manchester.
A "full house" of members and supporters saw our candidates presented to the press.

This was followed by a shortish speech by Nick Griffin which laid out the gist of our policies, after which he held a question and answer session for the press followed by throwing it open to the audience.

The press seemed somewhat reluctant to ask questions. Possibly the experienced reporters were a bit intimidated by a man who could answer honestly any question put to him.

The questions from the BBC all concerned our policies to immigrants and our repatriation policies. Nick explained that a repatriation policy had been in place for nearly 40 years under both Labour and Tories but had been rarely used.

Our policy in any case is voluntary and anyone who did not want to leave could stay, but they would compete on merit and not be given preference as at present. The ones who did take up the offer would have capital to take to their native countries which would help the local economies, and be far more beneficial to those countries than the present policies of doling out aid to despots.
There would be no positive discrimination or ethnic quotas as at present.
The main concern is to shut the door to further immigration.

On being questioned on our "Green" policies he said that we were greener than the Green Party who advocated continued immigration to our overcrowded island, transferring millions of people from a low energy lifestyle to a high energy lifestyle thus using more energy and covering our countryside with acres of concrete, hardly the greenest of policies.

Asked by a BBC reporter if we would lose talent in the North West if immigrants left, Nick asked whether she meant muslims or Afro Carribean. She replied we could lose such talents as Amir Kahn.
Now Nick was a boxer but he had to admit that the loss of one boxer would not be a great detriment to the North West.

On the journey home we spoke about this strange question and why this boxer was especially asked about, especially in view of the well known fact that his allegiances are with Pakistan as shown by his sporting of the Pakistani flag when he first won a trophy at the Olympics, until he was told about it and subsequently draped himself in the Union Flag.

Many will have forgotten about this but we have not.

With all the questions easily batted away a photo of some of the Euro candidates was taken (see below) and we made our way outside.

Here we were greeted by Derek Adam's skip containing impressions of the "Honourable Members" and we all had our photos taken before leaving for home.

BRAINWASHING AT WINSTANLEY COLLEGE

On St George's Day a "debate" took place at Winstanley College the topic of which was,

"On the importance of defeating the British National Party and reclaiming patriotism from the racists on St George's Day".

Speaking in favour of the motion was the vicar of St John's Pemberton who after speaking on the subject left the topic altogether by droning on about his support for gay marriage.

The title alone gives a flavour of what was to follow and the term "debate" is a misnomer as little debate was allowed, and instead the students were subjected to one of the most blatant brainwashing events I have heard of.

The few brave unbrainwashed students who attempted to engage in debate with were not allowed to fully put their questions. Of course this is par for the course with the left and especially the clergy who are used to preaching to the converted in church where challenges to their authoritan wisdom are not allowed.

This unloved and unrespected leader of a declining congregation recently refused to baptise a Downs Syndrome child in case she disrupted the service. Not much Christianity there then.

He freely admitted to being at the riot when one of our activists was attacked with a hammer but he blamed "the socialists",(nothing to do with me mister), and said his protest was peaceful.

This begs the question of why he felt justified in protesting against a private meeting, just because he did not agree with the views of those inside.
How would he react if the situation was reversed and an anti Christian group protested outside his church?

He should support the values of his declining church instead of "peacefully" protesting against a legitimate political party holding a private meeting.

He will not share a platform with us but is prepared to be associated with claw hammer wielding thugs.
This brainwashing "man of the cloth" was assisted by Mr M Kavanagh a politics and law lecturer who said that as he had an Irish name the BNP would deport him to Ireland (I must warn our super activists Tommy Kavanagh and Eddie O' Sullivan the danger they are in and so should the student who informed me of this farce who is also of Irish descent).

That statement is a downright lie and as a politics lecturer he should know it. If he does not he has no right teaching politics.
Either a liar or ignorant, or both he is not fit to be a teacher.

One of the people quoted in their moralistic arguments was Hazel Blears OUCH.

This farce of a debate shows the pernicious brainwashing taking place in our schools at our expense and the low calibre of the teachers and clergy.

The good news is that the more intelligent students are increasingly seeing the flaws in their arguments and are turning to us, as are the voters in spite of all the villification we have to endure and pay for.

BACK TO WORK

Back from holidays on Saturday to a load of work. So many new enquiries, 28 since I went and all must be contacted. I have never in the 4 years I have been organiser seen anything like it. We must be getting at least ten times the number we previously got. Very satisfying, our work is bearing fruit.

It just shows how fed up people are about the incompetence and betrayal by the other parties who are more concerned in keeping their noses in the trough than serving the interests of British people.

The revelations about the scams of the MPs and members of the House of Lords show that with a few exceptions they are all at it.

I see the smug bastard Farage is trying to capitalise on this disgust by saying that those wishing to kick the other parties for their corruption should vote for the one trick UKIP.
It just shows how out of touch he is. He is on the gravy train in Brussels but there is no way he can be investigated.

The Greens in their broadcast say they are all for protecting jobs as well as the planet. They never mention the threat of immigration to our country nor the massive population increase caused by the large families of the third world people and immigrants to this country.

They never mention the increase in fuel costs they would impose nor the loss of manufacturing jobs.

MPs have been shown to be in the job for the money and selfish reasons.
That can not be levelled against BNP activists or councillors.
It COSTS us money to work for our party. Many have been persecuted at work, lost their jobs or been attacked and had their property vandalised.

Many MPs (some of them from not far from here) would never get a job outside Parliament, it is just a well paid job for them

No, the only party in which members work for the country and not personal gain is the BNP.
Our party's future is linked to the future of our country and our country's to ours.

If we gain the country gains, and our children's future will be secured.

BUT the counter attack by those with their noses in the trough has started and that includes the media in who are in the pocket of big business.

We must expect more smears and lies in their desperation, but people are beginning to see through them and are turning to us as my post shows.
We will not be deflected and keep working to save our country. We are not there yet but with a bit more effort we will succeed and be liberated on June 4th.

P S. Well done to all those who worked so hard while I was away and congratulations to the Leigh members over their success in promoting the saving of the Marsh Fields from the greedy fingers of the Labour group of Wigan Metro and their big business friends.

I am emailing to respond to your FOI request. I will repeat your questions with the answers underneath each one.

1 (a) How many Officers and/or other staff of WMBC are authorised to use the powers granted under this Act (RIPA); and who issues such authorisation?

16 are authorised; the Chief Executive issues the authorisation

(b) What are the grades of the staff concerned? By this I mean - how many senior executives; how many senior managers; how many junior managers; how many non-managerial grades; how many temporary contractors; etc. Numbers alone are all that I require, not names or particular job titles.

(c) On what date was the first individual from WMBC authorised to use the powers granted by RIPA given that authorisation?

(d) Are such individuals authorised to delegate any necessary powers to others - whether WMBC employees or otherwise - to actually carry out aspects of investigations (such as physical surveillance, or installing/operating cameras or listening devices, for example)?

Yes

(e) Is there a committee, or individual, tasked to exercise oversight on the use of RIPA to ensure it is being used appropriately?

Yes - an officer in the Legal and Democratic Services Department

(f) On what date was the oversight put in place?

2. How many investigations, in total, have been carried out by staff or contractors from or for WMBC?

401 since October 2002

3 (a) How many of these investigations were 'Terrorism' related?

None

(b) Of those investigations not terrorism related, please supply a list of the reasons for each investigation.

All investigations were carried out for either anti-social behaviour or licensing purposes

4 How many investigations have resulted in:

(i) Prosecution through a court of law?

(ii) Issue of a formal caution?

(iii) Issue of a fixed penalty notice?

Under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act, I am refusing to provide this information on the basis that to do so would breach the appropriate limit set down in the FOI Fees Regulations. The Fees Regulations stipulate that the cost limit for dealing with an FOI request is £450, calculated at a total of £25 an hour (i.e. a time limit of 18 hours). In order to provide the information on how many investigations have resulted in one of the above outcomes, we would need to consult information on 401 separate investigations. I estimate that it would take at least 5 minutes to obtain the file for each case and then find out what the outcome of the investigation was. At five minutes per investigation, it would therefore take 33 hours to collate the outcomes of every investigation taken forward since October 2002. On this basis, I am refusing to provide the information.

5 What has been the cost of these investigations ( include the cost of prosecutions in with total cost), and how much has been recovered from prosecutions and fixed penalty notices?

We do not hold this information.

I've phoned the office of the Information Commissioner, and the refusal is technically within the rules. So how to progress this to find out how many investigations resulted in prosecutions, cautions and/or fixed penalty notices?

You see - 401 investigations can not have been cheap, and surely they cannot all have come to nothing because what a monumental waste of money that would be. I was surprised at the sheer volume of investigations carried out. I suspect officialdom sees everyone as a criminal.

And I do not for a minute accept that the costs of these cases is not recorded somewhere. That's a lot of money to just lose in the general accounts.

Perhaps a councillor could progress this enquiry? Maybe Charles would know what to do - after all, he used to be a councillor here. But that was a long time ago. Peter - you were a councillor a lot more recently; have you any suggestions on how to complete this enquiry? I know you don't like us, but I suspect you dislike them a lot more.

401 RIPA investigations and not one about terrorism ... which was the reason these laws were brought in, in the first place. Well, so the government said anyway. Those 16 authorised council personnel have more powers now than Chief Constables had ten years ago. They can hire people to watch you; they can pay to have secret cameras set up to watch you; pay to have listening devices installed wherever they think necessary; they can bug your phone calls; monitor your emails; track your internet use. Ten years ago a Chief Constable couldn't even order some of that, and even those things he could order he needed to get a judicial warrant for.

Are we happy that these people can do these things to us - secretly? I'm not.

SAVING THE MARSH PLAYING FIELDS "UPDATE" (BELOW THIS ORIGINAL POST)

A couple of weeks ago I posted on this blog of the proposal by the wretched Labour ran Wigan Council to sell off a section of land that incidentally had been left to the people of Leigh by a Miss Mary Marsh before her passing in 1931.

If you did read my initial blog on this particular issue, you will have known that there was a covenant on this land in that it should never, ever be developed upon. Unfortunately, as all the trustees have now since passed and therefore no-one left in earnest to look after the interest of these fields 'legally,' now allows the shameless cockroach infested higher echelons of power in their overly inflated Ivory 'bloody' Towers on Library Street, and take it upon themselves to become the covenanter. And thus, who want to sell this sacred land to the Brookhouse Group (and line their own pockets!) who in turn will put a road straight through these fields and then develope retail outlets which is their forte, as near to this proposed road as possible.


Well, just over a week or so ago there was a modest protest on these fields by those who felt strongly enough and by those who wished to try and put an halt to this wanton local destruction and theft of something that belonged to the people of Leigh.

This protest was the culmination of a week long campaign by the members of the local British National Party team and to those who had put their full support and monies behind this demonstration. We had 3,000 "Save The Marsh Playing Fields" leaflets printed which we delivered along-side our own Euro Campaign leaflet. Additionally, we had forty or so St. George's flags made with the same slogan written across, as well as three huge placards.

The kids loved the St.George's flag and all forty + were snapped up within minutes, and off the kids went running around the field waving furiously.

It was a fantastic sight to see the utter disgust on the faces of the Labour Party entourage who had now turned up to give a false showing of unity with the protesters, and which included good 'olde' Lord (Ha bloody Ha) Smith, to see our children enjoying themselves in and around these fields with their patriotic St. George's flag aloft, getting our message over. Some children (with their parents) even went to the roadside to gain support from the hordes of passing motorists, and every child cheering with each and every toot of the passing car horn. A massive coup for the Leigh British National Party and especially to our friend Chris, with his ingenuity, time and monetary contribution and which goes to show we are not just here to make up the political numbers!

We are here because we actually care!

So, it's taken over a week for me to report about this demonstration and to put my own accounts of this particular day of action onto this blog! Well, the reason being, I was waiting to see what the local rag the Leigh Journal and the Leigh Reporter would have to say on the matter and indeed which photographs they would use in their publications?

I can now disclose that not one line was written about this demonstration and certainly no photograph was shown of this event, even though each paper was represented by a photographer and reporter in tow! Prior to that weekend it was front page news locally, I wonder what has happened to silence these pathetic morons?

The fortunate thing is, the people have now seen through this facade and seen the true corruption of this local Labour 'elite' for what they really are and on June 4th when the electorate have their chance to show their disgust; will do just that!

*THE MARSH PLAYING HAVE BEEN SAVED!*

It's official, the Marsh Playing Fields have now been saved.

"Community campaigner and chairman of the Save our Marsh Playing field group, Deborah Murphy, 41, is delighted that the playing field, which was left to the children of Leigh in a will by Mary Marsh in 1933, will be saved.She said: "I'm absolutely overwhelmed. But this is just the first hurdle."We would like to set up a board of trustees so never again will the council put Marsh Playing Fields in jeopardy."It's fantastic news. The support we have had from the local community has been brilliant."

"It shows people power can work if people believe in something we can stop developers from destroying what is ours."

So, there you have it, just showing that if you have enough people willing to share the same passion and conviction; results will inevitably come your way.

Although, chairwoman Deborah Murphy is not in any way asscociated to the local British National Party, she was very thankful of those including ourselves, for the support we gave. It's a shame the local papers wouldn't show the photo's of our St. George's flags being flown with the children at the demo the other week, but, I am sure it must have had a detrimental impact on the traitors of the local Leigh Labour councillors and the the Labour Party itself!

Eat your heart out Messrs. Burnham and Smith! And lest we forget the pitiful Cllr: Whiteside.
