Personally I hope Andrew Brons wins, but if he fails, will the Wigan Branch accept that the BNP is finished as a political party? The BNP has been diverting good nationalists from the greater cause of our people for 3 or 4 years now. Nick Griffin is not a nationalist he's a confidence trickster who has made a good living for years from his most successful con, duping decent BNP members into supplying him with a constant stream of cash!

“ A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague."

- Marcus Tullius Cicero "

You have to be of strong character to take all the hate, all the smears that Nick has put up with. To live for years whenever you leave home having to have a security team so some one does not attack you to keep 2 large dogs and a state of the art security system. just so your family and your children may have some sort of safety. To put up with vilification and lies from the idiots in your own party.

You should be telling Mr. Brons that his enemies do not play by the Marquis of Queensbury rules.. Tell him he is a fool to allow moles like Butler to be around him whispering in his ear, that Griffin is right . That, when you see an irredeemable fool like Collet or Macklenzieie you dump them before the moles like Butler can pour enough poison in their ears to cause them do do something crazy. And when you catch a Butler telling flat out lies that he knows are lies that you dump him and any so stupid that they after being well warned continue to have anything to do with him.

And whilst Nationalists bicker,
the UAF and their crew cheer !

Hey anonymous - what's my "type"?

You can no more look inside my head than I can look in yours.

I have conflicting feelings about this. I have no time for comments such as Nick Griffin is in it to 'feather his own nest kind' - Griffin was sticking his neck out when there was no prospect of personal monetary gain. What concerns me more is the need for the BNP to get smarter on every level - some of the policies such as pro capital punishment, oppososition to civil partnerships are extraneous to nationalism and are useful in depicting us as 'reactionaries' and they put many voters off voting for us. Also, the pitch of our election and recruitment literature is woefully wide of the mark and often banal as was the party broadcast for the recent assembly elections. Whoever is in charge needs to recognise and begin to challenge the political realities of the marginalisation of ethno-nationalism from the political consciousness of our nation. The moral case for ethno-nationalism needs to be made, for we are often prevented from political advance because of the success of the bogus moralism of the 'anti-racists'. Frankly, there also needs to be more consideration of the temperament and character of more prominent members, some of whom have proven to be a publicity liability. I know that the media will do its damndest to paint us in a poor light but the likes of Collett and his sort are handing it to them on a plate. I have much respect for Andrew Brons and feel that he probably would be an opportunity to allow for a settling down period. However, I still feel that many who have left should have stayed and bided their time rather than cause the kind of disruption which plays into the hands of our nation's enemies - other departees have been no loss.
