Fran Peterzen, if it is him having his annual check up in June 2009, it is now June 2010 any chance it could be shown on the TV screen all hospitals have now to advertise drugs and services?
Judging by the way he sneaks cheeky little nazi salutes in at 0.26 and 0.30 this can indeed only be Mr Peterzen...
