This video makes the blog look ridiculous not because of its content, but because only half of it is displayed on the page.
You need to take 30 seconds to correct the size in the editing section of the blog.
Click on the Edit Html tag and change the numbers given as: object width="480" height="277" both numbers appear at the start and end of the Embedding code (keeping the same aspect ratio). The numbers 480 and 277 are of course just examples and yours will be different, hence only half of the video is displayed. It may take a few attempts to get it looking right, but it will still only take a few minutes to get it spot on.
