JUDGE TOO THICK TO AVOID DROWNING
Jonathan Gammon, a tribunal judge who worked in mental health, died alongside his pet dog Gabby after his Toyota Yaris was overcome by water, flipped over and sank at Headley, near Newbury, Hants.
He is survived by his 55-year-old wife Priscilla, who had been driving the car. She managed to open the door and swim to safety as it was swept 200 yards downstream by the fast-flowing current.
It is believed they could have been following directions from the satellite navigation system, which took them into the dangerous ford.
His wife, who was described as in "deep shock" but otherwise uninjured following the incident, was last night being comforted at the couple's terraced house in Teddington, west London.
It is understood Mrs Gammon, a nurse, had been driving her husband to a tribunal because of the bad weather when the accident happened.
These people, Judges, are supposed to be superior in intellect to the rest of us mere mortals, which is why they are allowed to sit in JUDGEMENT of us.
In the past they hard the power over LIFE or DEATH.
But does this not show how poor their JUDGEMENT really is.

Mother tried to 'bribe’ nurse to get more care for dying baby
A mother who said her dying baby was ignored by doctors was so desperate for the hospital staff to listen that she bought a £100 gift voucher for a nurse, an inquest heard.
Paula Stevenson’s daughter, Hayley Fullerton, died of a heart attack at Birmingham Children’s Hospital after doctors ignored pleas to transfer her to intensive care. An investigation concluded that failings in care may have contributed to her death.
Hayley was born with a congenital heart defect in October 2008. Although her parents emigrated to Australia she remained under the care of doctors in Britain and had a successful operation at Birmingham Children’s Hospital in September 2009. However, problems arose during her recovery when her lung collapsed as doctors tried to insert a tube that was too wide.
“I genuinely thought it was an honest mistake but I asked that if the tube was to be inserted again that I could be there and that a more senior doctor would be there to see it,” Miss Stephenson, 38, told Birmingham Coroner’s Court.
As Hayley’s condition improved, the family were told that she would be moved to a high dependency unit but was actually moved to a different ward next door, despite her mother’s protests.
She told the inquest that every time she complained to staff about her daughter’s care it became worse. She told the inquest she had been so worried about the lack of care she bought the nurse on the ward a £100 gift voucher in an attempt to encourage her to look after her child.
Mrs Stevenson and her parents monitored Hayley for 24 hours a day during her stay in hospital and were horrified by an apparent lack of check-ups she received. Miss Stephenson’s father, Edward, said: “You didn’t need to be a doctor to see that Hayley was not fine, as they kept telling us, and her breathing was very bad.”
Miss Stephenson said that she was “out of my mind” with worry. “When I started saying out loud my daughter was being neglected they ignored her even more,” she said.
She sobbed as she told the inquest how her family had begged doctors to X-ray Hayley’s chest when they noticed she had difficulties breathing. It was days before her request was granted and it showed that her right lung had collapsed.
Miss Stevenson, 38, repeatedly asked doctors to transfer her daughter back to intensive care but Hayley was moved to an isolation ward, which she claimed was a move to silence her. Hayley died a few days after her first birthday in November 2009 after suffering a heart attack.
Miss Stephenson told the inquest about the day her daughter died. “Hayley’s stats dropped and she was really struggling to breathe. Her eyes were panic-stricken and started rolling back in her head.
“I had to run to the nurses’ station screaming for help. Doctors rushed in and started trying to resuscitate her. After 20 minutes I noticed everyone stopped looking at Hayley and started looking at me with pity in their eyes.
“One doctor came towards me and said, 'Sorry Mum, we’ve lost her.’
“All I could think was, 'I’m no longer a mother,’ because she was my only child and she was dead.”
The hearing continues.

Now they will STEAL, MAIM AND KILL your children, in front of you. What sort of Drs, training or not, and Nurses doesn't know the correct size of tube to use and then knowing its the wrong size carry on ? Even though it was the wrong size they managed to force it into the Lung of a baby and thereby puncturing the lung of the BABY. This was carried out by DR or Drs, and Nurses,in a British Hospital. Then after watching and assisting in this, not one person, Dr or Nurse gave a shit about this poor baby and her parents concerns.
After fatally damaging the baby the concerns of the parents were ignored as they watched their already ill baby, to all intent and purpose, STABBED IN THE LUNG IN A HOSPITAL BY DR/Drs and NURSES. Now, I wonder what the statistics are for Foreign Born/Immigrant Drs and Nurses working in Britains Health Care system is, It is that high I'd put a bet on it that at least one of the so called "Health Care Professionals" who murdered this little baby was not of INDIGENOUS BRITISH HERITAGE, the DR perhaps or the Nurse/s or both or all of them. One thing I am sure of is that not one single Dr/Nurse etc who were there at the time aided this baby.
Now, Stepping Hill hospital has had saline solutions tampered with and infected with drugs which KILLED those patients who were unfortunate enough to be prescribed these INFECTED DRUGS. A female WHITE nurse was arrested for the above MURDERS but it turned out not to be a WHITE INDIGENOUS NURSE infecting and tampering with medical equipment but an IMMIGRANT MURDERER. Well, would you believe it.
The immigrants employed in our Health services have not come all the way from the arse end of the word to work in OUR Hospitals for OUR benefit, we must be racists for even taking a white baby to IHS (IMMIGRANT HEALTH SERVICES) for treatment and expect them to take care of WHITEYS babies.

BNP Liverpool Candidate Mike Whitby Arrested Over Electoral Fraud Allegations
The British National Party's candidate for mayor of Liverpool has been arrested on suspicion faking signatures on his nomination papers.
Mike Whitby, who is on Thursday's ballot paper for the directly-elected post, was held by police at his home in north Wales on Monday.
Detectives arrived at the house at 7.30am but the candidate refused to co-operate and officer were unable to detain him until around six hours later, the Press Association reported.
Merseyside Police said he remains in custody being questioned over alleged electoral fraud by making false statements and faking signatures on nomination election papers.
Detective Superintendent Martin Andrew, of Merseyside Police, said: "Following an allegation that nomination forms for the mayoral elections had been fraudulently filled in, a police investigation was launched.
"Officers conducted extensive inquiries in the Wavertree area of Liverpool over the weekend and interviewed a significant number of people.
"Following those inquiries and after taking advice from the Crown Prosecution Service, Merseyside police officers attended an address in the Wrexham area of North Wales at 7.30am today to speak to the homeowner about the allegations.
"My officers made repeated attempts to speak to the occupant and, at around 1.30pm today, they arrested a 59-year-old man on suspicion of making false statements and faking signatures on nomination election papers - an offence under Section 65A of the Representation of the People Act.
"The man was taken to a police station in Wrexham where he was interviewed about the allegations.
"He currently remains in police custody."
The complaint was made to Merseyside Police following an investigation by the Liverpool Echo which reported alleged irregularities in Mr Whitby's nomination papers.
A BNP spokesman said Whitby denies the allegations and stands by the names on his nomination form.
He added: "Mike and his wife went to every single one of those people and explained who he was and what he stands for.
"What we have here is a newspaper trying to scupper an election campaign."
There are a total of 12 candidates for mayor in Liverpool this Thursday, including Labour leader Joe Anderson and Liberal Democrat Richard Kemp.
Tony Caldeira is the Conservative candidate. Steve Radford from the Liberal Party and John Coyne for the Green Party are also standing.
Could be true but who knows. I hope the allegations prove false for the sake of Nationalism. If so Whitby wants to sue for malicious prosecution/interfering with Elections etc.
Or it could be his socialist proclivities shining through to balls something else up in Nationalism.
We shall wait and see.

Working-class children do worse at school in Britain than in Estonia, Hungary or Greece
Working-class children are more likely to be consigned to educational failure in Britain than in most other developed nations, according to international research.
Figures show that the poorest 25 per cent of pupils perform worse than those in countries such as Australia, France, Spain and the United States.
A major study shows that Britain was ranked 28th out of 34 nations based on the proportion of deprived children who exceed expectations in exams.
Just a quarter of poor pupils succeed “against the odds” at school – below the international average and behind countries such as Poland, Greece, Mexico, Slovenia and Chile.
The disclosure is made in a study by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development based on a series of tests sat by a sample of teenagers in countries across the developed world in 2009.
It comes amid continuing concerns over poor levels of social mobility in Britain.
A survey published on Friday found that almost three-quarters of teachers believe their pupils will end up on state benefits when they leave school because of a lack of jobs.
The OECD study said: “Regardless of whether income inequality is high or low, an individual’s skills and abilities are a key factor in determining whether they can get a good job and move up the income ladder.
“Yet in countries with higher income inequality – such as Italy, the United Kingdom, and the United States – a child’s future economic standing is often closely related to the income level of his or her parents.
“This suggests that socio-economic background plays a strong role in the development of children’s skills and abilities in these countries.”
The study, based on the results of a reading test, showed that 31 per cent of poor children across the world manage to exceed expectations at school for their social class. In Britain, the proportion falls to 25 per cent.
South Korea was the top-ranked nation, followed by Finland, Japan, Turkey, Canada and Portugal.
