I'm sure most of you have read This story and been appalled by it. This post isn't particularly about that - I'm just using it as an example. So, what's going on? Read on and find out.
If you are part of the jury on a court case, it doesn't matter WHAT the judge directs you to do, you can bring in any verdict you like. ANY. They could have brought in a 'Not Guilty' verdict, and much as the judge CPS and men in wigs might have hated it they would have no option but to immediately release him. And thus they would have introduced a defence in law that invalidated the "Strict Liability" rule. It could have been used repeatedly in the future in like circumstances.
The system call this a jury returning a "Perverse Verdict" and they absolutely hate it. Now you know why this government (and the Tories too - 'she' started this) are trying to do away with juries. You see - the jury IS the court: not the building, not the lawyers, not the CPS, not the judge, and not even the government, Parliament or the Queen herself - THE JURY! That's you. You can bring in any verdict you wish, thus creating new law, or no verdict at all if you can't all agree.
They all absolutely hate mere ordinary people - us - knowing about this.
So remember - if you're on a jury, you don't have to take the blindest bit of notice of the judge - decide as YOU think right.
The death sentence was removed from so many - hundreds - of trivial offences in the seventeenth century, offences such as stealing to avoid starvation, or little more than anti-social behaviour, because juries started refusing to find a guilty verdict even when the case was open-and-shut, because they believed people should not face execution over such trivial matters. So you can find a verdict entirely contrary to the evidence, and there's damn all that they can do about it. And they can certainly do nothing to you.
Defend the jury system at every opportunity ... your life may depend on it. They don't have juries on the continent - and the EU will try to bring us into line with everyone else. Fight it at every opportunity - your life may depend on it.
It's another one of our ancient liberties - liberties the non-anglo-saxon world do not have because they do not have the common law - only we and countries populated by our descendants have this - even the American constitution was written by British-descended people with OUR ancient liberties in mind. DO NOT allow those liberties to be taken away - our ancestors kept them alive for us - be sure to keep them alive for our descendants.
Now you know what's going on.
Oh, and while I'm on the case - you, as a jury member, can ask questions of all witnesses, even the defendant him/herself if they're on the stand. You don't have to rely on the judge or the lawyers - you pass a note to the judge saying you have a question to ask the witness - then either the judge will ask the question for you, or you get to ask it yourself. You can utterly spoil stitch-ups between the lawyers. And you can INSIST on asking - remember - YOU are the court. And you can ask as many questions as you like - provided they are relevant to the case.
That's another thing they don't tell you when you become a jury member. They hate us ordinary mortals knowing we have enormous powers when we are serving on a jury. We in effect BECOME something that the system has to obey, and that they hate - they're more accustomed to US having to obey THEM ... the way they like it.. And that's why they're trying to abolish juries. Juries are our last safeguard, but only if the jury knows its rights. So the old rule applies:
use it or lose it.

THE WASHING OF THE UNWASHED
Well the unwashed state sponsored UAF had a good wash today during their protest outside our conference venue.
We had not realised they were there as we could not hear them from inside the building.
However during the lunch break I had to go to my car and heard a mumbled distant roar from the car park but too faint to hear the words shouted. The rain was bucketing down which must have cleaned them a bit, but I am told that before it started raining a local resident warned them if they did not move from the front of her house they would have a bucket of water thrown on them.
She was saved the trouble when the heavans opened (they should realise the sun shines on the righteous so that excludes them).
It was in order to wrong foot this undemocratic trash that we were obliged to keep the venue secret. Organisers of other branches did not know the venue and even wives of our members who did know were not told.
NOW COMES THE TROUBLING BIT.
On Thursday Cumbria police "intelligence" had it that we were meeting in their area while Lancashire police thought Blackpool.
What hope of them catching Al Quaida if they can't suss us out?
By Friday lunchtime our secret still held and it did until we foolishly informed Greater Manchester Police at around 2 PM.
By 3 PM it was all over the uaf websites showing that this anti democratic scum operate with the assistance of Greater Manchester Police bosses. Indeed we were advised to only inform Manchester of the venue at the last possible moment by police from another area which shows you something of the different attitudes of police force bosses.
What does that tell you?
THAT THE UAF ARE IN LEAGUE WITH THE STAZI G M POLICE.

We now have proof positive of this illegal? alliance and will in future be on our guard.
We will never trust the police again.

A 22-year-old man who raped two 13-year-old girls in his car after supplying them with alcohol has been jailed for 14 years.

Well, I'd go a little bit further than that in our advice to young girls: never get into anyone's car, sure - but ESPECIALLY never get into a Muslim's car. Not even if it's a taxi you phoned for - even I won't get into a Muslim's taxi and I'm a 57 year-old man (mind you, my personal boycott of all businesses Muslim may have a big hand in that).
Read it all - what do you notice?
That's right - not one mention of his ethnic/immigration status, and not one mention of the 'M' word. Mind you, we're not so stupid that once we have the name, we can't work those things out for ourselves. And all this in the same week that news was released that said every sexual assault in the city of Oslo (capital of Norway) for the past three years was committed by an immigrant. Wonder why all our police forces claim they do not record ethnicities of sexual offenders?
Think about all that.
We have experience, you see, whereas the media thinks we have the memories of goldfish and forget such things in a couple of seconds, as do our "controllers".
And we have the internet - the media can no longer filter the information we read.

And perhaps a promise ...
And if you seriously think the IRA and UDA handed in their really good stuff ... Hey! could I interest you in a bridge. Six lanes each side and a tollgate both ways.
I once had a M1 rifle and 84 rounds of ammo; handed it in on an amnesty many years ago. Wish I'd kept it, now. Still, easy enough to get another rifle and ammo - and you know that as well as I do.

THE RUSSIAN PRAVDA
As recently as 2006, a most eloquent and insightful warning against the EU and the Lisbon Treaty's precursor, the ill-fated “constitution”, was given by former Soviet dissident Vladimir Bukovsky. Traumatized by the experience of living in the Soviet Union, Bukovsky noted the deeply disturbing similarities between the old Soviet Union and the blueprints for the EU super state. The European Commission, he noted, was the exact equivalent of the old Soviet Politbureau, in terms of the secretive way power was exercised, the recruitment and personalities of its members and the scope and reach of its decisions. The “European Parliament” today (and under the terms of the Lisbon Treaty) is a mere rubber stamp institution, just like the “Supreme Soviet” of the old USSR.
As a matter of fact, there are so many similarities between the old Soviet Union and the EU that mere coincidence is unlikely. Bukovsky argues the EU was designed to be like the old USSR. The architects of the EU? Mostly social democrats, whom Stalin quite aptly called “Social Fascists.”
Most Europeans have not yet understood this. Most are still indifferent, but their indifference will soon vanish when the full weight of repressive EU policies and EU taxation doing its destructive work will be felt.
Sooner than anybody now thinks, the only way to vent criticism of the EU will be in the form of jokes. No doubt many of the characteristic old Soviet jokes will be dusted off and given an anti-European Commission twist.
By that time, all Europeans except for the privileged class of “eurocrats” will be prisoners in the EU. However, they will certainly have a wonderful Constitution.
Isn't it strange: the Pravda, which at one time we considered little more than a joke, gets something right, when our own media. which at one time we thought was serious, refuses to even talk about it.

EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT FROM FORT HOOD
Seems the press keeps getting it wrong. Here's a first-hand account by a Captain eye witness on the spot.
I know it's not even directly relevant to Britain in general, never mind Wigan in particular.
But I bet you all read every word:

" Realizing my mistake I left the main building and walked down the sidewalk to the medical SRP building. As I'm walking up to it the gunshots start. Slow and methodical. But continuous. Two ambulatory wounded came out. Then two soldiers dragging a third who was covered in blood. Hearing the shots but not seeing the shooter, along with a couple other soldiers I stood in the street and yelled at everyone who came running that it was clear but to "RUN!". I kept motioning people fast. about 6-10 minutes later (the shooting continuous), two cops ran up. one male, one female. we pointed in the direction of the shots. they headed that way (the medical SRP building was about 50 meters away). then a lot more gunfire. a couple minutes later a balding man in ACU's came around the building carrying a pistol and holding it tactically. He started shooting at us and we all dived back to the cars behind us. I don't think he hit the couple other guys who were there. I did see the bullet holes later in the cars. First I went behind a tire and then looked under the body of the car. I've been trained how to respond to gunfire...but with my own weapon. To have no weapon I don't know how to explain what that felt like. I hadn't run away and stayed because I had thought about the consequences or anything like that. I wasn't thinking anything through. Please understand, there was no intention. I was just staying there because I didn't think about running. It never occurred to me that he might shoot me.
Until he started shooting in my direction and I realized I was unarmed. Then the female cop comes around the corner. He shoots her. (according to the news accounts she got a round into him. I believe it, I just didn't see it. he didn't go down.) She goes down. He starts reloading. He's fiddling with his mags. Weirdly he hasn't dropped the one that was in his weapon. He's holding the fresh one and the old one (you do that on the range when time is not of the essence but in combat you would just let the old mag go). I see the male cop around the left corner of the building. (I'm about 15-20 meters from the shooter.) I yell at the cop, "He's reloading, he's reloading. Shoot him! Shoot him!) You have to understand, everything was quiet at this point. The cop appears to hear me and comes around the corner and shoots the shooter. He goes down. The cop kicks his weapon further away. I sprint up to the downed female cop. Another captain (I think he was with me behind the cars) comes up as well. She's bleeding profusely out of her thigh. We take our belts off and tourniquet her just like we've been trained (I hope we did it right...we didn't have any CLS (combat lifesaver) bags with their awesome tourniquets on us, so we worked with what we had)."
Not really relevant, but the male cop - a Senior Sergeant Todd - is black.
Good man.

A BUSY GOOD NEWS DAY
Well well it's been a busy news day.
It started by Gordon Brown's speech on immigration (I only heard the first minutes of it) when he said that London benefited by having 300 languages spoken.
That I'm sure touches a chord with people. Our capital city where many if not most people can not understand each other.
How can we have a united society with a situation like that?
Why did he need to make that speech?
Only 2 weeks ago Straw on Question Time stated that there was no need for a cap on immigration.
Why the change in stated policy?
As has been commented on the news message boards it is because of the rise of the BNP.
Not bad for one badly handled appearance of our leader.
Not bad for a party which was too small to consider and that was "beyond the pale" and "odious".
What if we were given a proper media platform for our policies? We would anihilate them. That is why most Labour members (and Tories and Lib Dems ) will not debate with us.
I was going to call Hain a traitor but he is a foreigner and should be kicked out at the first opportunity.
Note how the other parties have nothing to say about the destruction of our society, they're all part of this deliberate sabotage of all that is British for their own reasons.
Note how many on the message boards are saying that they will vote BNP for the first time.
On C4 news an item showed support for us in Essex.
We are gaining publicity and support all over the country.
Yes the other parties have good reason to be worried. I can not believe the change that has happened since Nick and Andrew were elected.
We have broken the dam and are a potent threat.
ON ANOTHER TOPIC.
I note that Cameron had himself photographed at a cenotaph looking pensive.
So he should as he voted for Iraq and Afganistan but the photo was an obvious publicity stunt.
No real criticism from the media but when Nick joins mourners at Wooton Bassett he is accused of politicing, just him there paying respect with no photographer, and refusing to discuss politics.
People are seeing who is genuine and who is false in spite of efforts of the Marxist NUJ.
Well done Nick for your genuine humility and respect and shame on you Cameron for your using the deaths of soldiers some of whose deaths you colluded in as a political tool.

It seems "pompous Dimbleby" as Jonathan Bowden called him has been injured by a bullock at his farm and will not be appearing on Question Time tonight.
The bullock I believe was a Dexter.
As a farmer I can tell you that they are the smallest cattle in the country and are really only suitable as pets for little girls.
A Dexter bull could walk under a table, it is less than 3 foot tall, not much bigger than a sheep.
If he can't control a bullock as small as that no wonder he can't control a howling audience of ?Congolese and left wing students.
In my time as a cattle man I have dealt with thousands of bulls weighing up to a ton and never been hurt, neither has my neighbour who deals with 500 per year.
I, all the same wish him a speedy recovery but I bet farmers all over the country are smiling at this incompetent hobby farmer.
STICK TO WHAT YOU KNOW DAVID.
