Viva Palestina founder George Galloway, speaking to a crowd of around 20,000 protesting outside the Israeli Embassy in London, revealed the latest plan to bring about the end of the siege on Gaza. Two simultaneous convoys - one by land the other by sea - will set forth on SUNDAY SEPTEMBER 12th bound for Gaza. Viva Palestina, the International Committee to break the Siege on Gaza and any allies who will join us will organise the two convoys. The land convoy will leave from London and travel across Europe to Turkey Syria and ultimately through the Rafah Gate into Gaza. Co-operation will be offered and sought with all relevant governments and agencies. It is expected the convoy will pick up vehicles and volunteers in each country through which it passes. The target is to enter Gaza with 500 vehicles. The sea convoy will travel around the Mediterranean gathering ships, cargo, volunteers from each country. The target is to enter Gaza with sixty ships. The aim will be to arrive on Gaza's frontiers at the same time. And to enter with the world's largest ever aid convoys. And to thereby render the siege null and void.

The NAZI GALLOWAY gives aid and support to the Palestinian Peace Activists or ISLAMIST NAZIS as they should be known.
Who in turn support NAZI IDEOLOGY and ANTI-SEMETICISM.

A day in the life: Cllr Christine Cottam (Lab), Wigan council

"It’s 4am when my dog shoves her nose into my ribs, to wake me!!!??

I let her out into the garden, make a thermos of tea and retire back to bed, to work on papers and listen to radio four. At 7.30am it’s time for our constitutional to nearby Hough Woods and home via Lilford Park , where I want to check how the drainage is progressing. By the park gates a fellow dog walker wants a word about recycling and another about public footpaths. This is fortuitous: the footpaths’ officer is coming to see me.............."Oh!.... what a lovely old dear she is...?

(Look out for this classic coming from Cllr Cottam in the above link: "Coming home, I pass someone with a spade over his shoulder, walking into Leigh in the hope of casual work on one of the new building sites. He wants a word too......" You just couldn't make it up.. could you now)

Dr Christine Cottam to appeal after £200 fine

A LEIGH councillor has been found guilty of assaulting a former rugby star.

Leigh East representative Dr Cllr Christine Cottam 61, of Birley Street, denied attacking ward resident Colin Tyrer but was fined £200 at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court on Friday.

The case is believed to have risen as the result of a dog attack while the two were walking their pets in February.

It is alleged Dr Cottam picked up a lead and swiped sixties’ Leigh and Wigan full back and goal kicking ace Mr Tyrer across the face with it......

Wigan borough Solicitor Kevin Lawson: “We are aware of the court proceedings and the outcome. We have been notified that the councillor concerned intends to appeal. The level of penalty imposed by the court was such that it does not affect her continuing standing as a member of the council.”

I wonder if anyone else in 'the real world' would have wormed their way out of this assault with barely a slap on the wrist?

So: Travel illegally to Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, or Syria. Don’t worry about visas, international laws, immigration regulations or other silly rules.

As soon as you have arrived, demand that the local authorities provide you and your family with free medical care.

Insist that all employees of the health agencies speak your language of choice -- German, Greek, Spanish, Hungarian, English, Polish -- and that the clinics where you may be admitted prepare food for you just as you have it at home, in Germany, Greece, Spain, Hungary, USA, Poland.

Insist that all forms, questionnaires, and documents be translated into your language.

Reject any criticism of your attitude by stating emphatically: “That has to do with my culture and religion. You understand nothing about it.”

Categorically maintain your original identity. Hang the flag of your Western country in your window. (And don’t forget a bumper sticker for your car.)

Make sure that you speak only your own language at home and that your children do the same.- - - - - - - - -

Demand uncompromisingly that Western culture be taught at music schools.

Make an immediate and unconditional demand for a driver’s license, a residence permit and whatever other paperwork may occur to you.

Regard the possession of these documents as justification of your illegal presence in Pakistan, Iran, Turkey or Syria.

Let no one discriminate against you. Stand on your legal rights. Demand a child-care allowance.

Drive without insurance. Only the natives need that.

Organize protest marches against your host country and its residents. Support violence without exception against non-whites, non-Christians, and the government that allowed you to enter the country.

Insist that your wife (or wives, even if you have meanwhile acquired four of them) wear neither a veil nor a burka.
