"The Petition of Right at the beginning of the 17th century, and the Declaration of Right and Bill of Rights at the end, embody a century long fight to constrain the power of Government. At that time it was the Monarch who desired a divine right. Today it is our Parlimentarians. The Petition of Right and Declaration of Right are Common Law contracts between the People and the Crown. The Bill of Rights is a statue law enactment of the Declaration of Right.

The Declaration of Right was imposed upon William and Mary as a condition of their assuming the Crown - in other words, they would only be elected by the People if they accepted its terms.

The Declaration of Right, and the Bill of Rights, clearly state that -

no foreign prince, person, prelate, state, or potentate hath, or ought to have, any jurisdiction, power, superiority, pre-eminence, or authority, ecclesiastical or spiritual, within this realm.

So it can clearly be seen that every EU treaty imposed upon us by Parliament, is unconstitutional. Here is the evidence that our present Monarch has indeed broken her Coronation Oath, by giving Royal Assent to these treaties.

Other constitutional rights given by these contracts -

• The right to bear arms
• The right to petition the Sovereign
• Free men cannot be imprisoned without cause
• The Government cannot arrest any man because he disagrees with the Government’s policies
• Habeas corpus is not to be denied
• No person will be compelled to make loans to the King, and there will be no tax without the approval of Parliament
• Soldiers and sailors will not be billeted on civilians
• Government will not impose martial law during peacetime

The right to bear arms gives every person the right to self defence using reasonable force, including deadly force if appropriate. Using tragic events as an excuse to remove that right has historically been the work of governments with good reason to fear their people - governments intent on some kind of future totalitarian control of their populations."

THEY ARE OUR RIGHTS - "THEY" CANNOT TAKE THEM AWAY AND NO LAW CAN SUPERCEDE RIGHTS, EVEN THOUGH THEY WILL TRY TO TELL YOU DIFFERENT.

Jamie Foxx: ‘Every single thing in my life is built around race’

 Oscar-winning actor Jamie Foxx, snubbed this week during the Golden Globe  nominations for his leading role in the upcoming slavery-era revenge fantasy “Django Unchained” says “every single thing in my life is built around race.”

“Django Unchained,” directed by Quentin Tarantino, features Foxx as a freed  gun-toting slave on a revenge mission to hunt the men who sold his wife (played  by Kerry Washington) to an evil slave owner (played by Leonardo DiCaprio).

The movie, scheduled to open Christmas Day, is already generating controversy for its indelicate, and at times campy, treatment of slavery, as well as the amount of times the N word is used (by some counts, the word is used more than 100 times throughout the film).

In an interview in the December-January issue of Vibe, Foxx discussed how race plays into his job as an actor and how the movie is likely to be perceived among different racial  communities.

“When I get home my other homies are like how was your day? Well, I only had  to be white for at least eight hours today (or) I only had to be white for four  hours,” Foxx told Vibe. “Everything we do is that. When you’re talking about the  script, of course it’s going to be controversy,” he added.
Foxx says he’s anticipating some pretty sharp reactions to the movie,  especially from the black community.

“As black folks we’re always sensitive,” Foxx said. “As a black person it’s always racial. I come into this place to do a photo shoot and they got Ritz  crackers and cheese — I’ll be like, ain’t this a b—-. Y’all didn’t know black  people was coming. What’s with all this white s—? By the same token, if there  is fried chicken and watermelon I’ll say ain’t this a b—-? So, no matter what  we do as black people it’s always gonna be that. Every single thing in my life  is built around race. I don’t necessarily speak it because you can’t.”

The movie, conceptually at least, is not unlike Tarantino’s last revenge  fantasy, “Inglourious Basterds,” in which a group of Jewish American soldiers  hunt down Nazis. But Foxx is certain “Django Unchained” will be received  differently.

“I told (Tarantino), black people watch a movie different than white folks.  When you watch (‘Inglourious Basterds’), Jewish people have a more quiet  response. [WHISPERS]‘I can’t believe they did that.’ When black people don’t  like something it’s like: [LOUDER]‘Ay dawg, why Olivia Pope went down like that.  That s— is f—– up.’
“Because there’s certain things that we watch as black people that if we don’t agree with it, we not only turn off the movie but we turn off that person,” Foxx added. “When we feel like the character was compromised by the white establishment.”

But despite the controversy, Foxx maintained that it’s important for  Hollywood to continue to make movies about slavery. “Every two, three years there is a movie about the Holocaust because they want you to remember and they want you to be reminded of what it was,” Foxx  said. “When was the last time you seen a movie about slavery?”
Well I guess he should make it all about race. After all, about this movie he says, “I get to kill all the white people in this movie! How great is that?”

Imagine living your life focused on your race or gender? How utterly miserable one would be in seeing your life through just one prism? I doubt MLK, Jr. would approve.

Labour Party paedophile Ian Rankin Aged 47 has been caught with a hoard of child rape movies.

Labour Party super activist and Council Candidate Ian Rankin was jailed for having in his possession video material containing some of the vilest kinds of child sexual abuse.

 Police say it was some of the worst paedophile material they had ever come across. Some of the children were raped while tied to posts and ceiling beams. Most videos were of young children tied up and sodomised. Police raided Rankin’s home on the same day that he was standing for election in Labour held Lambert Ward.

The shock from Falkirk Sheriff Court jury was palpable as the details of the videos were revealed. 

The prosecution explained that in one of the 45 videos, a six year old child was tied up, beaten and raped. 


After hearing the evidence some of the jury were reduced to tears. Consequently Ian Rankin from Kilsyth Road, Haggs, Stirlingshire was jailed immediately by Sheriff Andrew Murphy for three Months and put on the sex offenders register for a total of Seven Years.

 Homosexual spin doctor and advisor to the Labour Party Samuel Gamlin has been arrested and charged with making and distributing obscene films of children being violently raped and abused by adults. 

Samuel Gamlin, is said to have created sickening movies that involved the beating and tying up of children before they were subjected to horrific sexual acts. 

After the police had removed and searched Gamlin’s computer hard drive they discovered that he had been in close contact with several other known and suspected pedophiles. Gamlin pleaded guilty to the offences last month.

A Labour party councillor and her transvestite lover who subjected a minor to a three week rape ordeal has been jailed.

 Susan Smith, 33, a former Labour Party councillor for St Martins ward in the London borough of Lambeth, was sentenced to a total of 18 months. Her transvestite boyfriend Ronald Lineker, 53, was also jailed for three

years.

At Southwark Crown Court Judge Gerald Butler QC told Smith, who was convicted of five offenses of indecently assaulting the girl, that he had no doubt she had been responsible for instigating the whole terrifying ordeal.

The court heard that Smith, who once served on Lambeth’s social services committee, missed council meetings to repeatedly molest the girl.

Ex Deputy Labour Party Lord Mayor John Johnson has been hauled in to face charges of downloading the most sickening images on the internet involving the rape and violent abuse of small children. 

Johnson was charged with downloading hundreds of images of child molestation. 

Some of the images depicted sadomasochistic rituals with children being tortured and raped by multiple adults. 

The prosecutor Mr Giles Beaumont said: “This charge relates to an extreme level of child pornography. Some images involve animals”.

Magistrate Michael Flanagan declined jurisdiction and called for the case to be heard before a crown court.’ Trial date is November 6th 2012 at Peterborough Crown Court.

Labour’s Richard Harris was arrested with a list of 500 children’s names in his possession. According to neighbours, “officer’s handcuffed the Labour Party activist at his home in Union Street and bundled him into a vehicle that sped off at high speed”.

Harris was charged for offering the Juniors money to have sex with him. He said to police officers when interviewed ‘I felt mostly turned on by children.’

 Labour Councillor for Leicester Manish Sood found guilty of Grooming School kids for sex.

 

 The parents of the children swore at the Labour Councillor as he was found guilty of trying to molest their children as he was ushered quickly by security staff at Leicester Crown Court. 

The paedophile Labour Councillor for Leicester Manish Sood who stood in the dock brings the Labour Party paedophiles to total a staggering 36 with Four others arrested and slipping through the court system. 

But there was no slipping away from the judge at this court.. and the verdict was guilty.

The Labour25 listed paedophile Manish Sood, spotted an advertisement by a school girl for a job in Gumtree, an online service with a part time work column. 

Paedophile Manish Sood then decided to phone her and asked her for sex at a fixed price. 

The child got frightened and was so scared, she told no-one but her friend in her school. 

She told her friend what the paedophile Labour councillor was asking her to do for him. 

He sent scores of filthy text messages and phone calls of an explicit nature.
 

The victims friend got angry, so she rang Manish Sood and told him to leave her friend alone. Manish Sood then asked her who she was and when he realised that she was a child too, he asked to meet her for a ‘massage.’ ‘’I will pick you up from school.’’ he commented. ‘’Can you bring condoms for me.’’ He added, then he asked the child to wear toe rings. The filth poured out and the Two children couldn’t stop the Labour paedophile. 

Around 200 phone calls and text messages by Manish Sood were received by the children offering sex for money. He offered them £200 each, but the kids refused.
Then they realised he wouldn’t go away, so they contacted their teacher, who listened in on the conversation by the Labour paedophile.

 The Judge gave him a Three year supervision order and banned from being near children unsupervised. Manish Sood admitted in court his fixation for little girls. His mother, also involved with the Labour Council in Leicester as aid to the Mayor, stood by him throughout the trial, saying he was a ‘good man.’

 If it wasn’t for the protection of paedophiles by the Leicester Labour Council.. the newly prosecuted Labour25 paedophile Manish Sood would be in prison for grooming children.

The parents shouted ‘’Labour Paedophiles at it again.’’ And ‘’Get with the Labour25 paedophiles.’’ At the closing of the case when a member of Parents Against Paedophiles gave out 120 leaflets to passers by who vented their anger.

Just been reading an Article in the Daily Telegraph about Jack (the COWARDS SON) Straw, who is himself an IMMIGRANT OFFSPRING and has NO ALLEGIANCE to the INDIGENOUS BRITISH nor to OUR COUNTRY. Just to show you the sort of BASTARD this man is let's have a look at some of the things he has said in this Article -

" Mr Straw backed the principle of positive discrimination to improve diversity, claiming that the argument that candidates should be appointed only “on merit” often simply meant choosing “people like us”."

What he means is DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE WHITE INDIGENOUS BRITISH.

Choosing candidates on "MERIT" is now WRONG, only the COLOUR OF YOUR SKIN COUNTS. WHITEY NEED NOT APPLY UNLESS THEY ARE CRIPPLED QUEERS, and then they may not get the job due to SKIN COLOUR.

Is this a new way of DUMBING OUR CHILDREN DOWN even further?

Why go and get an EDUCATION when it means NOTHING UNLESS YOUR THE RIGHT COLOUR. And then STRAW (THE BASTARD COWARDS SON) would prefer to give UNEDUCATED IMMIGRANTS JOBS rather than to the WHITE INDIGENOUS EDUCATED CHILDREN.

Something Straw cannot bring himself to accept due to his "PEOPLE LIKE US" = PEOPLE NOT MENTALLY SUFFICIENT TO BE IN POSITIONS OF POWER BUT ARE DUE TO ELECTION FRAUD.

 Now this is where Straw shows how FEEBLE MINDED he is. He actually thinks he has MERIT and has got where he is due to MERIT.

If Straws plan had been in place before 1997 he would NEVER HAVE BEEN ALLOWED TO STAND FOR ELECTION.

"PEOPLE LIKE US" = PEOPLE NOT MENTALLY SUFFICIENT TO BE IN POSITIONS OF POWER BUT ARE DUE TO ELECTION FRAUD.

"Mr Straw, a former foreign secretary, said he disputed the notion that one could never find two candidates of equal merit, saying that he had been faced with “making very fine distinctions” in his experience choosing permanent secretaries and ambassadors.

 He said that in such circumstances he was in favour of selecting “a black candidate over an equally meritorious white candidate”. 

Is this not RACISM ? 

Why is Jack Straw not in a POLICE STATION being questioned over his OVERT RACISM AND DISCRIMINATION ?

It's time that the TRAITORS in the LIB?LAB?CON were swing from a gibbet.

If you think we, the WHITE INDIGENOUS POPULATION are now being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST on RACIAL GROUNDS then you're going to have a shock in the future.

IF a CIVIL WAR cannot be avoided, remember WHO is responsible for this as they must be the first to PAY.
