PROGRESS IN WIGAN & LEIGH

Although our GE results were somewhat disappointing generally here in the Wigan & Leigh area I think we did quite well.
Elections always cause national parties to have disappointments somewhere or other but I have to admit I thought that overall we would have done better.

I did warn my local activists not to be too optimistic. We were NEVER going to breakthrough in Wigan (you know the one about the pig in a red rosette), we just needed progress and that is what we got.

We have only stood in Makerfield once before when Dennis Shambley polled in the teens of hundreds of votes and lost his deposit.

This time we saved our three deposits, with Gary polling2724 in Leigh, nearly 1200 more than the heavily promoted UKIP and gaining 6.74 of the vote.

Ken did very well with his 3229 (7.38%), not surprising given his hard work. He would have gained more if he had not been in the contest withthe popular local independent councillor Bob Brearley.

My result was the worst and I was just pipped by UKIP (10 votes)
I polled 2506 (5.68%). This was without a real canvass, just a few local leaflets and a table top. I had not time to do more.
I said all along I would be happy (if not satisfied) if we saved our deposits, AND WE DID.

Tired we went to see the local results today and again were satisfied. We had to spread our resources thinly but even so made an impression.
You don't have to win to have influence, you just need to take vital votes from other parties, and we have shown we can make a difference even with a small vote.

A few years ago in a bye election in Douglas ward which we only half heartedly engaged in and with a paltry vote helped prevent CAP becoming the largest party and replacing Labour as the ruling group on the council much to the disgust of their leader (fuhrer) Peter Franzen.
CAP impoded after that many of the more decent members leaving to become Independent.
Two years ago Stephen Mc Ellenborough played a crucial part in making him an EX councillor.

Today as the results came in it was evident that Franzen was over 1000 votes behind Labour.
Now of course Labour are our opponents but even when we have differences of opinion at least they are civilised and we much prefer them to CAP.

We are pleased to have played a part in giving the hopefully "never to be a councillor again Franzen" the push.

I believe you read this blog Ex Councillor after your comments in Leigh last night.
You are as easy to hook as a tame goldfish. A tip. Do not react to blogs. People know you are reading it. Keep quiet and the bloggers will never know if they are blogging into space or not, but it's too late for you now. You've given the game away.

You will have plenty time to read blogs now or arrange more "peaceful" demonstrations.
Ask your friends to leave their hammers at home next time will you?, and remember DON'T RESPOND TO BLOGS.

THEY SHOW THEY DON'T CARE

So I was right. They do not care about our area.
None of the three leaders of the "major parties" (the three stooges) has deigned to visit us.
Now, being deprived of hearing their identical meaningless plattitudes is no loss but it demonstrates a point I have made before that if your area has a large majority for any party you are just ignored.
Another interesting feature of this election is the large numbers of "undecided" voters. I hope this is because many people in the unjust fascist state we have become fear to say they will vote BNP especially when asked the question by an ethnic reporter.

The other parties really do fear our influence. That is why we are so often insulted by them.
That is why Wigan Metro councillors held a special meeting to think of ways of "preventing the rise of the BNP"
This is why the rag Daily Mirror publishes at great expense their "Hope not Hate" paper.
One often wonders whether the people who buy this rag should be allowed to vote at all, so juvenile is the content. Possibly they can not read anyway.
It shows how divorced they are from the concept of democracy. The rise of the BNP is because those in power have not heeded the people's wishes.
If they want to prevent our progress do what we want.
At present they will not so the important thing is to frighten them more by voting BNP.
A rise in our vote puts the fear of God in them and even if we do not win the powers that be will take more notice of the ordinary people.
A BNP vote is worth 10 times as much as a vote for any of the others in the influence it has.

If you want to REALLY make a difference to your future

VOTE BNP.

POSTSCRIPT. Good evening Mrs Itrat Ali CONservative candidate for Makerfield.
I have gathered by putting two and two together that you read this blog. Keep visiting this site and you may learn what the real people of our area think. It could stand you in good stead when you move on to richer Tory pastures.
You could tell your poncy toff of a boss just how out of touch he is.

SEE YOU TOMORROW.

KEN HASLAM BNP MAKERFIELD CANDIDATE

I have lived and worked in the Makerfield area all my life and brought my family up here.
During that time I have seen the gradual decay of the district owing to the incompetence and vindictiveness of both local and National governments.
Our coal industry is no more and our engineering a shadow of its former self.
The major parties, knowing this to be a seat with a large Labour majority have felt safe in ignoring us and encouraging investment elsewhere in more marginal seats.
Makerfield has been a "job for life" for the sitting MP provided he obeyed the party line imposed by Labour Party headquarters. Our previous MP, not a local gained his preferrment by this method even if it conflicted with local interests.
This lack of concern for us was my reason for joining the British National Party as I could see that it was the only party to put Britain's interests FIRST, and that is the reason I am standing, not for my own benefit but to promote our patriotic cause in the interests of local people.
The seat is now contested once again by Labour and Tories alike with candidates parachuted in, the Labour candidate being another party apparatchik answerable only to head office and the Tory imposed by Cameron in his drive to make his party more diverse, but a first step for her to Tory greatness if she puts on a good show.
They claim to want to speak for Makerfield, a constituency neither of them knew or had any allegience to until directed here from above.
How can these outsiders feel about our area as we who have roots here do?
Meanwhile the slow decay continues with our last remaining green belt being built over by speculative builders while industrial units remain empty and what few jobs are creates mainly go to cheap foreign labour often causing dispair among our young people, and Labour and Tories do not care. They have shown it in the past.
WELL I DO CARE
I am a man of action. If elected I would attack government inefficiency and high taxes which stifle small businesses and ordinary people. This would be easy if we ceased involvement in illegal foreign wars, exited the EU and stopped immigration.
The scrapping of these three alone would save much of the government deficit allowing lower taxes for businesses and ordinary people, higher pensions and the preservation of our green belt land.
I will ALWAYS put our area's interests FIRST,even before those of my party while the others SEEK ONLY TO USE US to further their careers.
VOTE KEN HASLAM, THE LOCAL MAN WHO CARES.

EU/LISBON TREATY/NATIONAL SOVEREIGNTY

Our country, our people, our party, are not the only ones who have problems with these things. Germany, for example:

Exactly the same problems - we were never asked, and no one has spoken out in our Parliament in strong terms like this. If Germans can speak out in these terms in THEIR Parliament, why can't we British in ours?

There's only one way for the British to resolve these same problems:

VOTE BNP.

Get someone in Parliament who WILL speak out in strong terms
