This concerns both police (three constables) and magistrates. Even though it's the constables doing the initial naughties, it's the behaviour of the magistrates that's the more troubling. Seems they have an attitude that if you are there you can only be guilty - regardless of evidence.
This confirms my long-held view that it's always better to be up before a real beak. More chance of genuine justice.
It's even more disturbing that though the constables are under investigation (fair enough - though bear in mind that they sometimes have a rough job in the town centre and can both go ott, and make mistakes too), the magistrates are away scot-free.
It's the magistrates that should be under the microscope over this incident. It seems obvious that Wigan magistrates do NOT see their task as administering justice.

SUCCESS IN LIVERPOOL
An interesting, successful but cold day of action in Liverpool today in support of the "Liverpool Thirteen" who were wrongly arrested last Saturday for distributing perfectly legal leaflets. That no offense was comitted was shown by all charges being dropped by the police this morning.
Those arrested were informed by letter delivered at 8 am this morning, a peevish thing to do so early on a Saturday when some were still in bed. Some feared being rearrested.
Good news though and an admission that in spite of their worst efforts they conceded defeat.
ONE TO US! but perhaps the thought of hundreds of our members turning up in Liverpool had a bearing.
If they thought the demonstration would be cancelled they were wrong, especially as many activists were already on their way.
After meeting up by St George's Hall the good natured group of about 250, carrying flags and leaflets walked down to Church Street with a heavy police escort, un necessary as far as we were concerned as we were not bent on trouble.
In Church Street we found the police holding a rowdy rabble of students and trash of all sorts and colours shouting "off our streets". By their accents it was evident that they were not Liverpudlians and the streets were in fact ours. It is ironic to be told to get off the streets of your native city by people from elsewhere and an indication of what awaits our people if this mad immigration policy is not stopped and reversed.
We had a good response from the shoppers and at the request of the police moved back to St Georges Hall for a short speech by Pete Molloy, one of the "Thirteen", followed by an address by Nick Griffin who thanked all our supporters for their effort and solidarity. He also thanked the police for their efficiency and expressed the hope that relations would improve in future.
I doubt if the Searchlight brigade had any such courtesy, but then three of them were arrested while none of ours were as we believe in peaceful promotion of our views.
At the end of the proceedings in the city the "Truth Truck" drove down Lime Street followed by two "A" frames carrying the BNP logo.
Many then attended an after protest get together at a well known pub but those of us who had travelled by train were unable to go, so we returned to the station tired but satisfied at a job well done.
WE HAVE SHOWN OUR DETERMINATION TO STAND UP FOR DEMOCRACY.
I hesitate to guess what the police costs were, but our effort has surely made them think twice before persecuting us again and the chief who ordered the arrests must be regretting it.

COMPENSATION FOR WRONGFUL ARREST.

THE FASCISTS ARE ARRESTING TORY MPS NOW
The depths the fascist Labour regime and their puppet chiefs of police will go to protect their scheme to destroy our country was shown yesterday in the arrest of Tory MP Damien Green.
The fact that he asked questions which were of great public interest and concerned immigration and the anti terror laws confirms the motives of these Stalinists.
It is Mr Green's job to expose government cover ups and inefficiencies. That he did so by exposing illegal immigrants in the Houses of Parliament and Home Office demonstrates he has touched a raw nerve in the Labour Party which is complicit in the destruction of the British way of life.
TRUTH HURTS! especially when traitors are exposed.

FIRST MAKE US MAD
The horrific murders and hostage taking and carnage in Bombay yesterday highlight the danger faced by us all in this country.
British, Americans and Jews were especially targetted by muslim terrorists.
Unfortunately for them India has over 100 million muslims in it's country, about twice the percentage that we have. However our numbers are growing and their influence is becoming stronger, hence the completely over the top police reaction to our supporters in Liverpool and Burnley last week, the former arrested for delivering leaflets containing government statistics.
They obviously did not want people to know.
I do accept muslims have a particular grievance against our government over their invasion of Afganistan and Iraq, and its continued support for Israeli suppression of Palestinian rights.
However to allow ever increasing numbers of muslims into this country, many of whom are against us and potential if not actual terrorists and, to promote into positions of power and influence people from these groups is madness.
It is equivalent in the last war of allowing 2 million Germans in, giving them influence and saying they were a nation of peace. Of course some would have been peaceful but others wouldn't and how to tell them apart?
The only way the future of our country can be assured is to STOP muslim immigration, and encourage (not force) those here to return to their muslim lands.

Total annual Wigan Council spending on publicity in the financial year 1996-1997 – the year immediately before our current government of oppressive Labour tyrants came to power:

If all local authority accounts provided a full breakdown of publicity spending, the number of councils spending at least £1 million on staff advertising would almost certainly increase.
The doubling of average publicity spending per local authority in the last decade is extremely disappointing. There are, however, a number of councils that are actually spending less on publicity than ten years ago. For example:
- Hammersmith and Fulham Borough Council spent £669,000 on publicity in 2006-07, down 11 per cent from the £751,000 spent in 1996-97.
- In 2005-06, however, the council spent £1,030,000 on publicity, meaning that the 1-year fall in spending was 35 per cent.
- If Hammersmith and Fulham can reduce publicity spending by 35 per cent in one year …… make other efficiency savings and reduce council tax by 3 per cent, then it must be possible for other councils to follow suit.

PROUD TO SHAKE THEIR HANDS
Just got back from the long awaited meeting in St Helens where Arthur Kemp was to speak.
His speech was somewhat similar to the one he made in Wigan which I have recorded to disc.
The main reason I went was to shake the hands of the patriots who were wrongly arrested for distributing the leaflets which were perfectly legal. They contained government statistics only but which illustrated the vastly disproportionate amount of anti white violence when population numbers are taken into consideration.
The government it seems objects to their own figures being widely disseminated.
The police were there having gained the information from the phones and computers of the arrested members. Their houses were searched and wives in some cases frightened.
The Fascist Bastard chief of police is really out to get us, but he will only increase our support.
What they expected to find God only knows! What they found was the usual civilised meeting at a top St Helens restaurant.
We shall be having a BIG rally on Saturday. The meeting point has not been arranged as yet.
Please, as many members as possible come and support us.
We can not afford to lose this fight for our free speech.
There is a possibility of arrests being made of our peaceful protest.
I'M QUITE HAPPY TO BE ARRESTED. WHAT A STORY, "BILLINGE DOCTOR ARRESTED"all over the papers. What publicity! I CAN'T WAIT.
I will of course do nothing unlawful or inconvenience anyone, just UPHOLD MY DEMOCRATIC RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH.
On to the budget.
This morning people were interviewed and asked what they wanted most a VAT cut or job security made more secure by cuts in National Insurance. They all, workers and management said job security and insurance cuts.
Cutting VAT will have little effect on job prospects or living standards and only lead to more imports of cheap foreign goods.
What do they get?--
2.5% off VAT, an increase in National Insurance and a 5% rise in income tax for those on over £150,000. Aww, poor dears. As most of the people on this kind of salary are the people who caused this trouble in the first place why did they not start it at say £100,000. I'm sure with effort they could have managed to make ends meet.
Why such a small increase? Because these are the government's friends, the bankers and top civil servants.
Meanwhile people will still lose their houses.
